Punjab Govt Notification for Implementation Article 144 | Why it is Necessary ?

Lahore: According to Punjab govt notification, Punjab Government prohibits the burning of crops residues, Tires, Plastic items, and all other types of garbage for the next three months.

The government of Pakistan imposed Article 144 to control air pollution and reduce smog in Punjab especially this Article will be implemented from Wednesday, October 1, 2019. Firstly ban is implemented in the Punjab province for the next three months from October 1, 2019, to December 31, 2019, due to Punjab govt notification.

General Sectary of the interior: the General sectary of the interior, Syed Ali Murtaza released this news officially. Due to this notification after October 1, 2019 burning of tires, plastic, crops will be prohibited.

Remember that: the decision was made in the context of air pollution and Fog. Anyone who violates this Punjab govt notification Article 144 will be taken against them.
