DURAND LINE LENGTH & ItS MASSCARE HISTORY – PAK, AFGHAN BORDER

The world most dangerous international border is Durand line not admitted by Afghanistan till today. In 1896 Sir Mortimer Durand declared a Durand line to separate Britain and Afghanistan. It is along 2640 km between Pakistan and Afghanistan history is very bloodshed. Pak Army soldiers are constructing safety wire fence on this border worked hard day and night and it is challenging for Pak Army soldiers because it is colder here in winter and warmer in summer.

Nineteen century it was time when East India Company (Britain) conquering various places to strengthen his empire in India, in this connection Britain launched several attacks in Afghanistan in this first war, they suffered a major defeated from Afghanistan.(1839-1842) this defeated war had shaken Britain enough.

Britain has strategically interested in Pashtun area result of this war Britain failed in obtaining the Pashtun area. They wanted area inside the Afghanistan belt. (Now a day part of modern Pakistan, this Afghan belt include Kurram agency, Quetta, Khybar pass and FATA area.) But every time fails to return.

In 1878 war Britain again attacked Afghanistan occupied much of territory which includes Waziristan, KPK and Quetta area after this war in 1896 was declared Durand line which Afghanistan has never admitted. Pashtuns who lived near this line they were three types of people; first who were favor of Pakistan, second who say Hindu-Muslim should stay together, third demanded a separate country to be named Pashtunistan.

In the country of Pashtunistan join some part of Afghanistan area, Quetta, Waziristan, Kurram and Khybar agency includes. Later it was said that we could not divided any border into Pashtunistan way. At last Pashtun people were favored of Pakistan.

SO-CALLED FATA AFTER INDEPENDENCE

After the separation of 1947, Pakistan authority never gave special status near Durand line FATA Territory. Sadly, this known and called as the non-region area because FATA didn’t work constitutionally and it was not a province of Pakistan. For this reasons the illegal things started happening here the illegal weapons (Kalashnikov Culture), illegal trade (Cars), illegal drugs (heroin) started smuggling that effects of which have been suffering till today.

With the time, world’s most dangerous Militants Terrorists Uzbeks, Chechens, Talibans came started living, made it as safe haven, sitting in tribal areas. America used these militant against Russia. America benefit from militant and goes.

In 90’s era ten years spent in peacefully. Then it was 9/11 in 2001 and America forces have arrived in Afghanistan. Pakistan would suffer a great trouble. As soon as the US thought revenge against militants, they all went into Pakistan side tribal belt and stared staying and Pakistan didn’t pay attention to it, then Pakistan decided to launch an operation against these militants (terrorists) In 2006 Pakistan Army executed these terrorists through this operation, the way Pakistani army cleared these terrorists was setting a good example own.
